ONE month deposit

Upon signing and before onboarding, we require a one month deposit (salary + benefits)  per employee 


We prepare the employees employment contract compliant with US state & federal law. From here, the employee is added to our payroll systems and all additional benefits packages such as healthcare are set up

ONE monthly bill

At the end of each month you will receive a monthly invoice for all services provided by Bolds

Transparency is key to building trust in business. With Bolds you know exactly what you are paying for without any surprises at the end of the month. We work on a flat rate fee model for our EOR program.

employee management fee monthly - $ 800

Management of payroll (base salary + mandatory benefits + paid time off)

once-off on-boarding fee - $650

HR compliant contracts, payroll and mandatory / non mandatory benefits package setup


once off UN-boarding fee - $450

Termination of employment contract, final payroll,

COBRA registration
